Our approach is based on groundbreaking and extensive research conducted by Etsko Schuitema in the mines of South Africa, and his subsequent work with many organisations in a multitude of sectors in the country and around the world.

The Care & Growth™ Model

The Care & Growth™ Model, a sub-set of The Intent Thematic, is a universal leadership thematic that is based on the premise that we exist to serve the other, and in doing so, we actually serve the highest of our own self-interest.
